How We'll Work Together

If you’re managing anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I offer a collaborative, client-centered approach designed to meet you where you are. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you explore new perspectives, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is a practical, evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Sometimes the patterns we develop in response to stress, anxiety, depression, or difficult experiences can keep us feeling stuck. CBT helps you recognize those patterns, understand how they affect your daily life, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. Together, we can identify what may be getting in your way and build practical skills that help you manage challenges, improve relationships, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is an approach based on the idea that we all have different “parts” of ourselves that develop over time, often as ways of protecting us or helping us cope with difficult experiences. You might recognize a part that is highly critical, anxious, angry, perfectionistic, or determined to avoid conflict. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, IFS helps you understand where they come from and what they are trying to accomplish. By approaching them with curiosity and compassion, you can better understand your emotional responses, reduce internal conflict, and develop a greater sense of balance, self-awareness, and choice in how you respond to life.
